The unsung heroes of Buyagift customer service

We’re a British company, so blowing our own proverbial trumpet is not something that comes naturally to us [Editor's note: though we are the nation's #1 supplier of gift experiences - sorry, couldn't resist!].
However, with so much negativity on the internet (seriously, have you ever looked at the comments on YouTube, sheesh!) we thought it’d be nice to try and put something a little positive out there. You know, to try and make things a little nicer for everyone.
We’ll be using this space to highlight some of the lovely comments we receive about the splendid ladies and gentlemen who take the calls and reply to the emails. Without them answering the queries and sorting out any problems for our customers we wouldn’t be half the company we are! Helping heroes – we salute you!
Our first piece comes from a lady called Angie who writes to say:

Next up is Rachel, who phoned when we were experiencing technical difficulties. Did that stop the Customer Service team?…
I would like to thank Sav and Angela for their help and efficient service for calling me back promptly and leaving a message to let me know that your systems were back up and running (Sav) and that my payment to extend my voucher had gone through and confirmation was in the post (Angela). That was yesterday, and the letter of confirmation arrived today.
Thank you both very much for your help and efficient service. I will definitely recommend your company….
A lack of electricity? Pah! A mere trifle!
Last, but not least, we have Susan:
I purchased the gift for a colleague who was leaving two days after the order so was holding my breath in case it didn’t arrive, but it did and our colleague was absolutely thrilled with his gift.
So a huge thanks for doing what you promised and delivering on time.
The gift was beautifully presented and I was very pleased with the experience.
